It's getting close guys!! Next week Pokémon Heart Gold and Soul SIlver are out. Post your friend codes so I can add you and we can battle it out and share Pokémon and stuff. Maybe we can train up to be better than the Japanese kids that keep whooping my bum! lol :wall: My Friend code: 1205-1357-1903 |

I don't have a Pokemon game at the moment, but I'll post my friend code when I get one of the new games next week. Just got to decide whether to get silver or gold. |

We'll create an unstoppable force!! Me and PMS Skittles figured out how to connect to Wi-Fi and add each other earlier tonight and we used the mic to chat, It was awsome! I'd never used the mic before or battled a friend on the game so I now love my DS a lot more. |

I will be getting Soul Silver on (or before, depending on work) release day. Don't know if I will be able to get on-line though because my DS won't connect with my router with the security on... It will be the only game I actually own for the DS, and I'm only getting it for the Pokewalker! |

That Pokewalker is a great idea. I'm literally on my feet walking around all day at work so I'm going to make my Pokemon awesome! |

The only good thing about Pokémon is the games, I won't be getting this though becuase there just remakes of games I've played already. |

I haven't played a Pokemon game in about 3 games or so, I stopped when they first went to DS. Aren't these games just remakes of Gold and Silver though? If they are, I might get them. Besides Blue, Gold and Silver were the best in the whole franchise, in my opinion, but then again I was only about 14 or so  |

Ever so slight differences between the pokemon you can get on them, no need to own both of them really, think there are slight differences in story and people you meet as well, dont know whether to get this or not, got the old fat ds and its not in the best of shape |

Effectively they are just the old gold and silver's, but they've been updated to work work fully with the DS consoles, they've had a couple of extra features added, a graphics update, and they come with the Pokewalker. The Pokewalker is a step counter type device that allows you to transfer your Pokemon to it to take with you, and while you're walking around with it you're earning XP for it and can find items, etc. I think the gold and silver version have been the best of the series, so I'm looking forward to playing the new one. I've got Heart Gold pre-ordered from Game.co.uk now. |
